Minimum daily commitment
Each school must commit to at least 100 breakfasts AND 100 lunches per operating day.

- These are two independent requirements.
- A school cannot offset fewer than 100 lunches by ordering extra breakfasts, or vice versa.
- Afterschool snacks do not count toward either minimum.
- Exceptions require written administrative approval.
